KT&C KLU64-L 640x480 LWIR Thermal Block Camera, 17μm, CVBS/BT656/LVDS, 9Hz/30Hz
KLU64-L Spec Sheet
The KT&C KLU64-L is a compact LWIR thermal block camera designed for embedded systems, OEMs, and industrial applications. Featuring a 640x480 uncooled microbolometer sensor with 17μm pixel pitch, it delivers pixel-level thermal precision and high sensitivity in the 8–14 μm spectral range. Selectable 9Hz or 30Hz frame rates support real-time video or static image capture.
The camera offers versatile video outputs—CVBS, BT656, and LVDS—for seamless integration with both analog and digital systems. Configurable image processing options include AGC, NUC, mirror/flip, and image filtering. Ten color palettes enhance thermal contrast, while RS-485 OSD control allows remote menu access for analog setups. With a fast <5-second startup, wide -30°C to 60°C operating range, and compatibility with manual or motorized athermal lenses, the KLU64-L provides reliable performance in a compact thermal module.
